Mark W Foster - Founder
Learn Centre CEO Mark lives in Wigan, Northwest UK and is a hands on leader who leads his steadily expanding team from the front. He is also an author and speaker on the topics of personal and professional empowerment.
After a successful emergency services career rising to Senior Fire Officer Level, which included working on national training standards and delivery strategies with the UK Government, Mark left to set up a People Development Consultancy and Training Business in the Emergency Services Sector specialising in High Performance Teams and Leadership Development in the UK and Middle East.
His particular area of interest lies in the psychology of human performance and creating leverage (competitive advantage) throught the use of innovative Psychological and Technological approaches, resulting in rapid behavioural change, increases in operational performance and bottom line commercial results.
Within his People Development Consultancy roles Mark has held posts of Head of Development and Head of Learning and Development in voluntary sector and private sector organisations respectively.
More lattery completing an extended tenure in a senior team role helping to support grow an evolving local contact centre sales business, who are outsourcers for high street communication giants EE and BT and who now employ over 400 staff and have won awards.
Mark is continually adding to his 'tool box' of highly effective strategies and solutions.
